ART THERAPY SERVICES
Art psychotherapy is a therapeutic modality that utilizes visual arts and the creative process within a trusted relationship with an accredited art psychotherapist. Its purpose is to promote, maintain, and enhance the psychosocial, physical, cognitive, and spiritual well-being of individuals across all age groups.
We offer both individual and group sessions tailored to specific age ranges. A typical session usually spans from 45 minutes to 2 hours, providing ample time for exploration and growth.
Additionally, we organise art therapy experiential workshops designed for enrichment programs and corporate events, including team-building activities and retreats.
Sessions can be conducted in Art Storey’s welcoming residential art studio, or alternatively, at a venue of the client’s choice, which can be arranged by the client themselves.
We strive to create a nurturing environment where the therapeutic power of art can be harnessed to facilitate healing, personal development, and meaningful connections.
You can also explore a range of additional holistic wellness experiences that complement our art therapy services, providing opportunities for self-expression, emotional healing, and overall well-being.
